El Mayor(エル・マヨール）

20世紀初頭まで、スペインの占領下にあったキューバ。
そんな祖国の自由・平等を心から目指し、独立に向けて闘う一人の少将（エル・マヨール）がいた。その名は、イグナシオ・アグラモンテ・ロイナスである。
彼の秀でた人間性と独立に向けた強い信念は、周囲の人間を惹きつけ、鼓舞し、スペイン兵士に猛威を振るう。作中、様々な困難や試練がロイナスに降りかかるが、彼は決して挫けることはなかった。
その背景には、彼の妻であるアマリア・シモーニや家族の存在が欠かせない。
愛する家族、妻、国の平和を目指し、最後まで己の信念を貫く彼の生き様を決して見逃せない。

Cuba was colonized by Spain until the beginning of 20th century.
There was a major (El Mayor) who sincerely aimed for the freedom and equality of his country and fought for independence.
His name is Ignacio Agramonte. His outstanding humanity and strong belief in independence attract and inspire those around him, and he exerts a fierce influence on the Spanish soldiers.
Although various difficulties and trials impede him, he never gives up thanks to his wife, Amalia Simoni and his family.
